When i click an url in Outlook 2003 sp1(french) (win XP SP2 french) and i'm
already downloading something, the web page will open on a previous oppened
firefox windows but the download manager will popup instead displaying the
firefox window.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have firefox 1.0 opened
2. Open Outlook 2003 with an email containing a link
3. Download a big file with mozilla firefox
4. click on an url contained in outlook 2003

Actual Results:  
The download manager has popped-up

Expected Results:  
the download manager should not pop-up , instead the firefox browser should have
popped up with the rigt web page.

I use the Noia extreme 2.79 theme.

I can confirm this, adding 3 things:
 - not related to outlook, it also happens starting html's from windows explorer
or other applications
 - not related to theme(using default theme)
 - you don't need to download anything to reproduce this, only have the download
manager opened.

I tried to change summary to "Starting HTMLs with firefox already running pops
up download manager instead of normal window" but am not allowed to.
Current Summary is misleading.

Is the DM popping up, followed by the new window? If so, this is a dupe of bug
255123, please mark it as such.

I didn't have any problems until i switch to Firefox 1.0

The question still stands. If you are clicking the link, and the DM is popping
up, followed by the window of the link you clicked on, please resolve this as a
duplicate of bug 255123.
