268915 - URL is not kept in URL box if I get Time Out error opening page

If I click on some link opening new page in new browser window, and then I get
Time Out error for that link, URL that I went to is not placed in URL box, I get
completely empty browser (no URL, no page with error description, just message
box) so I have no chance to try "Refresh" and have to go back to previous
browser windows to find the link I clicked. Only site part of URL is displayed
in Time Out messagebox, and can't be copied from it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open web page with links to other sites
2. Go to link pointing to some slow-reponse site (mozilla.org is good sample
lately) opening new browser window (Ctrl-mouse click).
3. Get Time Out error. Click OK to close Time Out message box.
4. You get empty browser window and you don't know which site you went to.

Actual Results:  
Empty browser window

Expected Results:  
Empty browser window with URL text box containing URL that I went to (but got
error).

This is a known bug (bug 254714).
