Plug-in Finder Window  Service opens saying SearchinCannot load plug-ins. g -
but nothing concrete ever occurs

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto URL
2. Page downloads and when the ad comes on - the plugin required message appears
3. Cannot proceed forward from there.
4. Attempts to load plugins do not produce any results

Actual Results:  
Nothing useful

Expected Results:  
Load the plugins as requested
probably the server was just overloaded, i suppose this bug is invalid
