If I select several bookmarks in bookmarks manager and then do an Edit->Copy,
I cannot paste the bookmarks into a New Folder. I tried it both with the
pull-down options under Edit and also with the keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl-C
and Ctrl-V). Both times, nothing happened and nothing was changed.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bookmarks-->Manage Bookmarks
2. Select several existing bookmarks by holding down Ctrl key.
3. Edit-->Copy
4. Left click on another folder (create a new folder if necessary).
5. Edit-->Paste
Actual Results:
Nothing. No changes were made. I also tried exiting bookmarks manager and
coming back into it to see if it was a refresh issue (ie the change was made
but the screen didn't reflect the change). This wasn't the case.
Expected Results:
It should have successfully copied and pasted the selected bookmarks
as expected.

I took another look and discovered that Firefox is actually pasting the
bookmarks, but in the original (Bookmarks) folder and not the desired/expected
folder (New Folder).

I have found that if you try to copy and paste, the items pasted will be in the
same folder as the source even if you are in another folder.
