Observed several times that when I select a whoile line in the email edit window
and drag-drop it somewhere else in the same message the line appears where I
want it but the original copy stays also where it was.
I observed it three times in a week, tried but couldn't reproduce.
Sorry for that.

Expected Results:  
Move the line instead of duplicating it.
