At the bottom left of the page are two check boxes for:
I agree to the terms and conditions
I have read the privacy policy

If I use the TAB button to navigate through the page the focus gets stuck on the
check boxes.

I don't know enough about forms to analyse this issue further.

Er... when I load the URL in the URL field, I get a page with no checkboxes. It
also does not contain the text "I agree to the terms and conditions" anywhere.

Hmmm... maybe you need to join the site to get to that page.

It'd be good to have a minimal testcase, but I'm also seeing the bug on Linux.

It's a mystery why this only appeared recently, but the fix is in bug 270030.
Seeking reviews.
