Brower replace "ä","ü", "ö" with "?". Searchplugin for german Google (goole.de)
is installed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fill ä, ü, or ö in the Search field.
2. Press enter
Actual Results:  
Browser shows Search results for "?".

Expected Results:  
Should show search results for "ä, ü, or ö".
