If you try and use the find toolbar in about:config it does not match strings
that appear in the text of the page.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open about:config
2. Press Ctrl-F
3. Type any letter

Actual Results:  
a "Phrase not found" message in the find toolbar

Expected Results:  
found the first occurance of the letter in the list of prefs

This bug is still present and repeatable through the same steps as before.

However, it isserious than when it was originally reported as the filter box has
now been added to the about:config window.
