269016 - Firefox notifies me to insert a disk in drive A: when saving to any place besides A:

When downloading any file and clicking the link, Firefox says to insert a disk
into A: and shows the following buttons: cancel, Retry, continue.
Upon clicking cancel or continue it will show the dialog a few more times in a row.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto any download link.
2. Click the link
3. Click Save File or Open
4. See the error appear.

Actual Results:  
I had to click cancel and/or continue many times before a Save File dialog appeared.

Expected Results:  
Show a Save File dialog.
