I have tried every new build of Firefox and checked several times for
documentation of this bug. I am using a Toshiba 5105-S607, and I am not able
to scroll in FireFox with my Synaptics touchpad. Scrolling works in all other
programs, but will not work for FireFox.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be on my computer.
2. Open a web page with FireFox.
3. Attempt to scroll by dragging finger along edge of Touchpad.

Actual Results:
Nothing. At all. Especially no scrolling.

Expected Results:
Scrolled the webpage.
Are you using the latest drivers for your touch pad?
