My PC normally connects to a proxy server requires authentication. However, 
when browse using FireFox, there is no dialog box appeared asking for userid & 
password. Simple Error message - HTTP 407 Proxy Authentication Required - The 
ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web 
Proxy service is denied. (12209)
