When Add Bookmark selected, it doesn't have focus and is not visible.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Bookmarks
2. Select Add Bookmarks
3.

Actual Results:  
Add Bookmarks not visible. Need to click on browser, then appears. Then, if
dialog window is clicked on anywhere except title bar, it disappears again.
