This bug is a general one on the isssue of plug-ins, most often Flash,
effectively freezing the browser. The extent of this problem is such that we
might as well have an actually freeze in our code. As such, we should treat this
bug as we would a crasher. 

Feel free to turn this into a meta bug for tracking different issues, but this
bug should remain open and blocking an 0.9 release until the problem is solved.
Please post reproducible test cases so we can effectively trace the problem.

i'm gonna mark this fixed. please reopen if it's still a problem after the
CFRunLoop patch landed.
