In attempting to access a player secure account from
https://www.national-lottery.co.uk/player/p/home/home.do, the "incompatible
browser" message is displayed on the URL noted above



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter https://www.national-lottery.co.uk/player/p/home/home.do
2. click on "sign in"
3. That's it!

Actual Results:  
Web Page with error message displayed:

    * Internet Explorer 5.01 SP2, 5.2, 5.5 SP2 and 6.
    * Netscape 7 or AOL 7 and above

At present our online games facility does not support your computer 's installed
software.  We do however update our systems on a regular basis therefore your
system may be supported at a later date.

You should have either Internet Explorer version 5.01 SP2, 5.5 SP2 or 6,
Netscape version 7 or 7.1, or AOL version 7, 8 or 9. To play Instant Win Games
you should have Macromedia Flash version 6 or higher installed. You should also
have an Internet connection of 56k or better for optimal performance. Both the
website and Flash games should work on PC.

I think this is a duplicate of bug 226258 - hardly surprising since the summary
on that 226258 bug does NOT include the Web domain (which is what you're
supposed to include for TE reporting so that searches easily find it). Someone
may want to mark this as a duplicate and also fix the summary of 226258.
