the page http://www.notsquare.com/test_row_long.html does not print correctly. 
The problem occurs when a page stretches over 2 a4 pages: mozilla does not 
interperet the rowspan description correctly and the resulting printout 
consists of large empty spaces, whilst the content of the page is mostly 
outside the print area (both in portrait and landscape)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.create table 685pix width, 2 columns (right column has 2 rows)
2.insert content longer than 1 a4 page in right column, top row
3.view in mozilla, print preview, error occurs

Actual Results:  
mozilla shows a large gap between the right and left column, right column is 
out of view

Expected Results:  
print view and browser view should match identically

if the content does not reach over 1 a4 page, the error does not occur
