I didn't saw a menu item which give me the list of installed plugins.

I could have the list of intalled plugins by entering 'about:plugins' in url field.

This is holed away in about:plugins on purpose. ->WONTFIX.

Resolution: --- → WONTFIX
The purpose for this is, that normal users simply don't need such a menuitem on
a regular basis, because this is a one-time setting and also because
about:plugins is way to complicated for the normal user.

Tools -> Options -> Donwloads -> Plugins has all the info you need.
