269157 - No Mozilla 1.4.3/1.4.4 builds/binaries on ftp.mozilla.org (only source tarballs)

Mozilla 1.4.3 Release is not shown on the release page and on the ftp server is
only the source. I don't know why the binaries are not put on the server. I know
the 1.4 branch is deprecated but there are users who need 1.4 for compatibility
issues. So I don't see a reason not to provide the binaries. In particular 1.4.3
has a lot of security fixes.

Like for all other releases the normal binaries (installer/zip) should be
available.

No, sorry, but all other bugs about missing builds I found were this
product/component. Now I know it. :-)

Not a staging issue and I'm honestly not sure we even have the builds to post. I'm inclined just to call this WONTFIX unless someone has an easy place to pull these builds from.

I might be able to dig these builds up (*might*). I'll look into it after the stage migration is more finalized.

I looked in my build deepfreeze area, and could only find the source, not the builds, so... I don't know where they got to.
