When I visit simtel.net (say, http://www.simtel.net/welcome.php) or some product
site in simtel, Firefox does not display page properly. However, IE is able to
display page properly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://www.simtel.net/welcome.php
2.
3.
WFM 20041109 trunk PC/Win2000

With 1.0 now final, bugs shouldn't be filed on preview versions....

I just downloaded 1.0 and retested. This problem does exist in 1.0.

The 1.0 layout engine is 6+ months behind the main development trunk.

Unless you can reproduce this in a current trunk build, it's a WFM. Whatever
fixed it will be picked up in FF 1.1, when 1.1 goes back to the trunk.
