I can´t configure to close Tabs with a doubleclick on it, why ?

If you are asking why that isn't a feature of Firefox itself, that was WONTFIXed
in bug 183809 for the reasons explained in bug 158040 for Seamonkey. If you mean
that you have an extension installed that claims to offer double-click to close
tabs, but it doesn't work, then that's a bug for the extension author, not for
Firefox.
