While I can drag HTML pages to Firefox's icon in the dock, I cannot drag JPG or
GIF images, xpi files and potentially other media. I can drag an image into
Camino's dock icon.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save an image onto your desktop
2. Drag the image icon on top of Firefox's icon in the dock

Actual Results:  
The dock icon does not allow you to drop the image into Firefox, allowing you to
open the image with Firefox, as does Camino and Adobe Photoshop

Expected Results:  
Opened the specified image using the file protocol
