printing multiweek with a very busy calendar (I used
http://icalx.com/public/larse/IETF-60.ics) crashes printing.
It looks like a timing problem or something weird, because saving the html to
disk, and opening it in the browser, and print from there just works.
So, i suggest to do just that. Save to disk, then open.
