When I download a file, the download manager clears itself even though I did not
pick any option (that I could find) for it to do that.  Initially, this did not
happen.  I think that the problem started right after I cleared the download box
by hitting the clear button.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  choose to download a file
2.  watch the download manager window, which shows the file downloading
3.  watch the download manager window clear itself when the download is complete

Tools - Options - Privacy - click the + by Download Manager History and set it
to what you want. Reopen if that doesn't fix things.
