If a flash movie is updated or deleted, the webpage it is embedded in still
shows the old version even after a reload or super-reload. The only way to get
the updated flash movie to display is to manually empty the cache.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page with a flash movie
2. Delete or change the source file on the server
3. Reload the page and notice that the old movie is still there

Actual Results:
The old movie is displayed

Expected Results:
The updated file will be displayed, just like updated images or html are
displayed on a reload.
I've seen the same problem with textarea.
