Everytime i click on a google link it opens a new window. It never used to do
this, however one day it just started doing it and i have no idea what the
problem could be. I have a friend with the same problem as well, and i've been
reading up for solutions.

Please help.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto http://www.google.com
2. search for anything such as "hi"
3. click any link

Actual Results:
A new window opens for the link. And if you go back to the google window and
select another link it overwrites the link that you selected before in the other
window, and loads the new link in it.

Expected Results:
Openeded the link in the same window that is being used.
Certainly sounds like an extension bug: do you see the same thing if you start
Firefox in Safe Mode (either from the Start Menu option, or by running
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode), or disable all your
extensions?
I don't actually have any additional extensions installed =\

So i'm not sure what's with that.

And yes, the same problem occurs in safe mode.
