Description

It should always be referred to as "My Sidebar" or people will lose the fact
that it is yours and will instead think of it as an IE copy of the Explorer Bar.

Places where the name is currently wrong:

> My Sidebar chrome incorrectly reads "My Panels"
> View menu incorrectly reads "Sidebar"
> in the preference for Internet Search (part of bug 26931 assigned to rjc)

Simple text change needed to protect branding and marketing messages for beta 1.
If My Sidebar UI only says "My Panels", the press will write about "My Panels."

Nominating for beta 1.
Keywords: beta1
Summary: "My Sidebar" is the name, not "My Panels" or just "Sidebar" → "My Sidebar" is the name, not "My Panels" or "Sidebar"

Yes. Many Sidebar bugs are written against "My Panels" in Browser-General, since
nobody knows that it's even called a "Sidebar", let alone "My Sidebar".
