At my workplace (about 3000 employees here) Google is notorious for misdetecting
our Internet gateway as being placed within Belgium and worse, of the two
languages spoken in Belgium, it uses the one we don't speak as default (takes
Flemish instead of French). This is no problem as you can simply click the
'Google in English' button at the bottom right and have Google appear in
something understandable.

The issue is: The Firefox start page (http://www.google.com/firefox) is missing
that link. As such, we're presented with a page in Flemish and cannot switch
away from that. Some people might guess from the layout that 'voorkeuren' is the
equivalent of 'preferences' and then switch languages there, but it would be a
big improvement if the 'Google in English' link (http://www.google.com/ncr) or
something similar was displayed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. be located in a country where Google comes up as non-English by default
2. access the 'Firefox start' page (http://www.google.com/firefox)

Actual Results:
Page shows up in 'local' language (which is potentially not understandable for
the user) and offers no way to switch languages

Expected Results:
Page should show an easy link (labeled in English, or maybe some graphics
depicting 'flags' for the most common languages) to switch language to English
