Starting ChatZilla 0.9.66d from a non-admin user account on Windows XP Home
Edition by clicking on Firefox 1.0 toolbar results in the error message below.
The administrator does not have this problem on the same machine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log on as non-admin user
2. Tools/extensions/get more extensions/chat etc.
3. Restart Firefox 1.0
4. Start ChatZilla 

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
If it takes admin rights to install ChatZilla, it should refuse to do so if a
non-admin user tries it.

Thanks for your bug report, this is already know about in bug 268901, and has
been fixed in the latest release, ChatZilla 0.9.66e.
