choose a message with an attachment; save it. now reopen it with file -> open 
saved massage.

attachments show up below body, but only as a text surrounded by a border. it's 
not possible to save or open them from mail itself, also file->attachments is 
shaded out. message file itself contains attachments.

Expected Results:  
attachments should be displayed just as they are when a message is opened within 
thunderbird
