Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041105 Firefox/1.0RC1 (Debian package 0.99+1.0RC1-4)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041105 Firefox/1.0RC1 (Debian package 0.99+1.0RC1-4)

With the Mozilla Suite it was possible to directly start a Download (i.e passing
the what-to-do-dialog or making sure the Link-Terget isn't displayed) by
pressing shift while clicking on the link. I now miss this feature in Firefox
because it saved a lot of clicks and mouse movements.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a Page that contains let's say a .pdf Link
2. press shift and click the .pdf Link

Actual Results:
A new Window opens _an_ the what-to-do with the File Dialog pops up

Expected Results:
Start Downloading. i.e. ask where to put the File.

I was told now it was ALT+Click but this won't do here.
Alt clicking does work. WFM.

Ok I found out the Problem. ALT+Click ist the default in KDE for moving the
Window, thus Firefox would not recognise it. This seems to be a Problem for me,
as most "non-insider" Linux-User use KDE and thus would not be able to use this
feature.
Its not well documented either and People are used to shift click from Mozilla
