In the page http://www.toofrumpyforthem.blogspot.com/ loads there are small
tables or forms with that scroll. Firefox does not load the scroll script and
just places the images in a straight line.

The HTML in that page is a complete disaster area.  Malformed HTML,
document.write used to insert <style> elements into the middle of the page,  no
</body>, no </html>...

I'm surprised it renders as well as it does.
