I installed NERO CD burner and I installed Microsoft Office 2000. I usually use
Open Office but for a project I have to have Microsoft.

I have put the screenshot of what happens on the above website. I unstalled
NERO - reinstalled Firefox and Thunderbird - still cannot get Firefox to open -
but Thunderbird seems to work now.

NO PROBLEMS AT ALL UNTIL THESE TWO installations.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on icon of Firefox on desktop
2.
3.

Actual Results:
I get the first screenshot on webaddress above "XML Parsing Error - undefined
entity Location Chrome browser content broswer xul ,,,,

Expected Results:
Just opened normally
Where is Firefox installed? Are you sure that this was caused by the office
installation?
Attached file Error message
I uninstalled everything - including Firefox - then installed Nero back and
then Firefox and problem is gone.
