This happens every time a webpage is centered <center>. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. go to a webpage, that is centered 2. while the webpage is loading, fist is no scollbar 3. then, if the content ist to long, the scollbar appear Actual Results: the webpage/content jumps a couple of pix to the left while loading. Expected Results: The Scrollbars HTML Source should load in the background as long the information about a need of a scrollbar is there. Then the scrollbar should draw first and then the content could appear.
