If the view source window is displaying source that needs the horizontal scroll
bar, but not the vertical scroll bar, then almost all of the right-arrow scroll
button part is obscured by the corner grow box.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.View source on a page with source made of few very-long lines
2.Observe that the right side of the horizontal scroll bar is cut-off
3.



Expected Results:  
The entire horizontal scroll bar control should be sized to fit correctly.
