Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

When the first letter that I type in the location bar is h, t or p, and then I
use the location history, the "http" at the beginning of the selected address is
only partially written. This does not cause problems, UNLESS after getting the
address from the history I edit something.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a site whose address starts with "p". Example: http://punto-informatico.it
2. go to another place (whatever)
3. go to the location bar and clear it. Type "p". This will bring up the history
with "http://punto-informatico.it". Select it using your arrows. Please notice
the start of the URL that you get in the location bar... ;)
4. click again the location bar and add/modify something to the URL (e.g. add
"/info.asp" at the end of the URL) and then press enter.

Actual Results:
The location bar address will start with "p://" instead of "http://", and the
page load will fail (because p:// is not a valid protocol).

Expected Results:
It should have retrieved the full address from the history complete with "http://"

- Note that in case you don't modify the address after getting it from the
history, it does not give problems (somehow the p:// is corrected to http://)
- You can do the same using "t" (but you will find "ttp" instead of "p").
- Maybe it should be verified if the same happens with other protocols (but you
should find for example a ftp site starting with t or p)
