Cant close or minimize. window does not open to full screen. Expected Results: worked like any other program giving you the abilty to get to the close winow x - and restore down. Standered theme no other programs on my system do this Matrox Parhilia video card.

You stored your screenshot in a closed source format from a company most people here do not have much respect! Most people won't be able to see your screenshot. I've worked a bit, and extracted the image, and restored it into the jpeg format.

Steven - the user agent you reported with is Firefox and the screenshot is of Mozilla. What is the user agent for the version of Mozilla you are reporting this for (e.g. available in Help - About Mozilla) which should look similar to this. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20041112 Also, when you say restore down are you referring to minimize? I tried the steps you outlined using minimize where you say restore down and I was unable to reproduce.
