Seen using version 0.9+ (20041112) - was also reported in the forums.

View Menu is missing the Toolbars sub menu label in the dropdown list.

This is being seen on all platforms and is under investigation by Scott.
also, the 3rd item (Status Bar?) is missing --ie, blank-- from the Toolbars submenu.

only the 3pane window is affected. View under mail compose and AB is fine.
