Any popup menu like auto-completes and CTRL+clicking on a page when using a
Firefox window on a secondary display in extended desktop mode popup on the
primary desktop display.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox and drag window to a secondary screen w/extended desktop
2. Start typing and observe autocomplete window popup on primary display (or
CTRL+click)

Actual Results:  
Menus popup on the primary display

Expected Results:  
They should be on the secondary
