If whole title of the page is not visible in autocomplete there is no way to see
it, and it is important information, so there should be tooltip (both on
mouseover and on moving with up down keys)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add more icons to easier reproduce bug
2. start typing in location bar
