pop-ups are blocked altough the URLs are in exception list, and even when the
pop-up-blocker is turned off, the pop-ups were blocked.
this appears when i have too many windows opened of Firefox (i think more than
10 or 15)
the same problem i already had with Mozilla 1.7.2

Expected Results:  
Firefox should not block the pop-ups of the URLs, which are in the exception list
and it should not block the pop-ups if the pop-up-blocker is turned off

This is a duplicate (the dom.popup_maximum pref applies even to whitelisted popups).

Not much to go on. No testcase, no steps to reproduce, no mention of Firefox
configuration, no reason to think it's not bug 264182 or more likely:
