Firefox prints URLs, and advantage over Safari. However, URLs are truncated,
making the functionality during research unreliable at best.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View a web page with long URL.
2. Print the web page using standard (or any options) settings.

Actual Results:  
Long URLs prints truncated.

Expected Results:  
Long URLs need to be respected, printing onto a second line or in smaller font
if neccesary. 

Internet Explorer, Opera print the full URL. Mozilla browsers print partial URL.
Safari does not print any URL.
