If you "Bookmark this Page", Firefox seems to consistently add it to the Toolbar
folder twice.  The new bookmark appears in the toolbar underneath the location bar.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Bookmark this Page
2.  Select the pop-up and create a folder inside one of the sub-folders (must be
two levels deep)
3. Select the new folder, and press OK.

Actual Results:  
Bookmark appears in correct folder, but also appears twice in the Toolbar.

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
