Yahoo!'s GameChannel doesn't seem to work with FF 1.0. If you don't know what
Game Channel is, it's a Java applet live update interface for sports. Realtime
stuff. When you launch it, the window says you need IE 5.0+, but I'm using the
agent switcher so it shouldn't be a problem. But it still doesn't work.

"In order to use the college basketball GameChannel, users will need Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and a Windows operating system."

They're using something more sophisticated than simple UA sniffing, probably because GameChannel uses an IE-only technology like ActiveX. That might or might not be worth evangelising, but I'd be inclined to say not.

Bob, what's your opinion? If you think we should spend time on this, fine, but if not, feel free to WONTFIX.

Just to confirm that after 7 years this "bug" (stupid Yahoo! page) is still here.
Firefox 5.0 on Windows XP.
Frankly, I don't think this is worth wasting time on, and it's obviously not a high-priority fix for end users. Yahoo is simply costing themselves business by sending Gecko users to ESPN :-p
