When I went to
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/central.html#central-engines to add
several search engines to FF1.0 and when I then looked at the menu for the
search toolbar, one of the menu items was below the separator. I close the menu
again and then I had two separators in a row. When I restarted FF1.0 everything
was fine and dandy.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add search engines in quick succession
2. look at the search toolbar menu
3. and it is jumbled
