The top title-bar appears wrong from time to time when it contains Swedish
characters "å, ä and ö".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter www.expressen.se (if they currently have a title with å / ä or ö.
2. Title-bar appears correct
3. Reload the page with F5.. 

Actual Results:  
Title bar containing å ä or ö gets replaced by ý

Expected Results:  
Title bar appears as before the first reload

Not able to reproduce. Tested with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0;
