this happen to tom.com. firefox hangs each time when browsing the site. I
installed firefox on my two computers, firefox behaves the same on the two
diffent computers when browsing tom.com. The site tom.com has a lot of popup
windows and flashes. Firefox on winxp does not have this problem (I tried it
on winxp).
Maybe the problem is caused by FLASH plugin. I deleted the FLASH plugin from
firefox directory. No more above problem occured. I can access those web sites
with no errors.

bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
