Steps to Reproduce:
1. install .2beta
2. start .2beta
3. chaos

Actual Results:  
got error message

Greg,
Did you have a previous version of Sunbird on your computer? If so did you
delete it before installing 0.2b?

no i did not, this was an install over a previous version.

i will attempt to un-install and re-install the new version w/o over-writing the
old version and report back.

Greg,
    Were you able to successfully reinstall Sunbird after removing the old
version?  If so, please mark this bug resolved.  Otherwise, please pass on
additional information for recreating the bug.

No response from reporter.  Installing on top of a previous install is not
recommended.  Marking invalid.
