The image
http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/themes/classic/navigator/icons/about-popups.gif

is taken from the modern theme. We need some kind of solution here for the Help,
one is:
Replace the image with a "classic"-styled image and don't bother that the look
of the statusbar in the classic theme is os/platform-dependent. Maybe we could
get away with an image that is made from "popup-blocked.png", "online.gif" and
"lock-insecure.gif"?

In the same way, we need some kind of solution for all the other images in the
Help (sidebar etc) -- there's a lot of images in the Help that are taken from
the modern skin. But that might be another bug, though.

about-popups.gif doesn't exist anymore - I removed it in bug 407082.
