(It also crashes on other sites).
When I go to comcast.net, my usual home page, part of the page comes up, but
then it seems to stop ane my computer crashes and reboots itself.
Windows ME 4.90.3000

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I don't do anything but double click on Firefox. It goes to my home page,
comcast.net, and it stalls half way through and crashes the omputer.
2.
3.

Sorry. The screen goes black.
I could not easily figure out how to download a "Talkback" version, as you
suggested.
If you aren't able to reproduce the problem easily, and if you explain hos to
download the talkback version, I'll try to do it.
Note: I didn't have the problem with version 0.9.
Thanks.
I´m getting a pop-up asking me to install flash.
Do you have a flash-blocking extension installed?
Also try to reset your User Agent to its default, a faked User Agent can crash
your Java plugin.

Regarding talkback:
look into the components folder of Firefox, if these files are missing:
fullsoft.dll
master.ini
qfaservices.dll
qfaservices.xpt
talkback-l10n.ini
talkback.cnt
talkback.exe
talkback.hlp

Talkback isn´t guaranteed to come up after a crash, but when it comes up, you
are asked multiple times if you want to enable it, you can add a comment and the
URL, if you want to, have a look at the data to be sent, and finally press the
submit button to send.
At the next crash, the same procedure, there is nothing sent automatically.
If the files are missing, you can´t copy them from another installation, as
these files are specific to the browser version. Other files copied will sent
junk, unusable information.
If these files are missing, you can try to re-install, trying a custom
installation, maybe you then can specify to install it, I don´t know.

To solve your problem, I would suggest to create a new profile, just for
testing, without using extensions. If it is working then, you know that one of
your installed extensions is causing the crash, maybe Flashblock.

If you want to use Firefox with multiple profiles, open 'Properties' of the
shortcut to firefox, and add '-ProfileManager' to it, like this: ...fox.exe
-ProfileManager
Then each time Firefox comes up you can select a Profile, or use Profilemanager
to create or delete Profiles.

When you don`t have falsh installed, there comes a "Flash Ugrade Notice". If you
don`t chose to download flash, you can use the "Lite" Site without flash under
