It would be nice if the extension/theme manager is separated into a standalone application and accepts .xpi files. It will automatically detect which program this extension is made for and install it to the appropriate directory. This should make it easier users to install extensions for any software through firefox. It also allows the extension/theme manager to be shared between applications, which makes it easier for the developers to maintain its codebase. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
