I would like to use FireFox to preview a web page for design. When I tried to
see the Print Preview without printer, the dialog "Print Preview Error" was
shown with the message "There was a problem printing. No printer could be found.".

I think, the Print Preview page should not check the printer at the starting. It
should check when user really want to print.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Unplug the printer.
2.Open any web page with FireFox and select the menu "File/Print Preview".

Actual Results:
the dialog "Print Preview Error" was shown with the message "There was a problem
printing. No printer could be found.".

Expected Results:
show the preview page.
